About CTL Leadership
-
Leslie Minchin, PCC, PMP, is an executive coach, speaker, and the founder of CTL Leadership, with more than 20 years helping leaders and teams perform at a high level without burning out.
-
CTL Leadership helps leaders and teams get more done with less overwhelm through one-on-one coaching, team workshops built on the 6 Types of Working Genius, and keynote speaking, all grounded in brain science.
-
CTL stands for Chase the Lion, a reminder that meaningful growth often asks us to move toward the hard thing instead of away from it. Through practical, brain-based tools, Leslie helps leaders and teams find clarity, build confidence, and take purposeful action toward what matters most. The brand is also built on three words, Empower, Inspire, Transform.
Getting Started
-
The best first step is a simple conversation. Tell Leslie a bit about your situation through the Start a Conversation form, and she will follow up to learn what prompted you to reach out and what you hope to achieve, then recommend where to start. No hard pitch.
-
Investment depends on the service and the scope, for example a single workshop versus a longer program. Leslie will walk you through the options that fit your goals in your first conversation.
Working Genius
-
It is a model by Patrick Lencioni that identifies the six kinds of work people naturally contribute: Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity. It is not a personality test. It shows where each person brings energy and where they tend to drain, so teams can align work to strengths and stop stalling.
-
It begins with an assessment for each team member, followed by individual debriefs and a team workshop where Leslie maps your strengths and gaps and turns them into a plan. From there you can keep it to a single intensive workshop or build in ongoing coaching over 6 or 12 months, depending on how much support your team wants.
-
Leslie pairs the Working Genius model with brain science and executive coaching, so your team understands not just their types but why they work the way they do. The result is insight your team can use immediately, delivered in a way that is clear, warm, and genuinely engaging.
Team Workshops
-
Each team member takes the 6 Types of Working Genius assessment and receives a personal debrief. Then the team meets to map their strengths together, see where work flows and where it stalls, and build an action plan for who owns what. Depending on the program, Leslie stays involved afterward to help the changes stick.
-
You can keep it to a single intensive workshop or build in ongoing support over 6 or 12 months. There is also a two-phase option that starts with a short executive leadership session before the full team workshop. Leslie helps you choose the right fit in your first conversation.
-
This is built to stick. By grounding the workshop in brain science and including follow-through, Leslie turns one-day insights into new habits, so the way your team works together actually changes and holds.
Coaching
-
It is fully personalized. You bring your real challenges, and Leslie helps you think them through, reflecting back what she hears so you reach your own clarity, with practical, brain-based tools you can use right away.
-
Common focuses include executive presence, clarity and prioritization, difficult conversations, communication, becoming a trusted advisor, and sustaining high performance without burnout. It is always shaped around your goals.
-
Instead of generic tips and willpower, Leslie works with how your brain actually operates, so you understand why you do what you do and can change it at the root. That is what makes the shifts last.
Speaking
-
Brain-based talks on productivity, focus, goal setting, leadership development, and preventing burnout. She offers three signature talks and will also build a custom session around your event's theme.

-
Conferences, association and industry events, leadership summits, all-staff days, and board and team retreats, for audiences that want practical, science-backed leadership and productivity strategies.
